Uri Carmel-Kraiem, MSW, RSW - Social Work Associate

Uri Carmel-Kraiem, B.A., M.S.W., R.S.W. is a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist with training in family therapy and clinical supervision. Uri has over 15 years of clinical experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy. His work supports individuals, couples, and families facing PTSD, complex trauma, psychiatric crises, and loss. Uri’s clinical approach integrates EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy. He is particularly passionate about systemic family interventions that promote emotional co-regulation and relational healing. Uri is currently specializing in assessing and treating clients and their families following motor vehicle collision and those recovering from trauma.

Uri has held leadership roles in public mental health services, where he developed therapeutic protocols for high-risk families and provided clinical supervision for social work professionals. His academic background includes research on family meaning-making after suicide loss, which continues to inform his client-centered and trauma-attuned practice.
